Jamaica Says 'Let’s Get Vaccinated and Back to Life'

The Jamaican Ministry of Health & Wellness announced members of the public are invited to attend a COVID-19 vaccination site today, March 13, 2022, to receive their first, second, or booster dose of the AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sinopharm, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

These vaccines are available for free for persons 18 years and older.

Furthermore, Jamaicans 12 years and older will also be offered the first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

Persons should take their vaccination card, a Government-issued ID, or a letter from a Justice of the Peace to these vaccination sites:

  • KINGSTON & ST. ANDREW, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • ST.CATHERINE, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • ST. JAMES, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

As of March 12, 2022, Jamacia reported additional COVID-19 cases.
